How does the free search work?

Sign up — no card required — and we drop 1 free research credit in your account. Spend it on whatever product you're curious about. After that, top up with a credit pack whenever you want to run more research. There's no subscription.

What sources does Dropship Spy actually search?

TikTok view counts and creator data, AliExpress for source pricing, Google Shopping for retail price index, Google Trends, Amazon for competition, Reddit for buyer sentiment, and the Facebook Ad Library for active ad counts. Plus general web search to backfill anything else.

Never. Once you buy a pack, those credits stay in your account forever. No recurring charges, no use-it-or-lose-it deadlines.

Is there a subscription?

No. Dropship Spy is one-time credit packs only. Buy a pack, spend the credits at your own pace, top up when you run out.

Acceptance

By creating an account or starting a paid trial on dropship-spy.com ("Dropship Spy", "we") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Dropship Spy is an AI-powered product research tool. You submit a product name or URL; we query third-party data sources (TikTok, AliExpress, Google Shopping, Google Trends, Amazon, Reddit, Facebook Ad Library) and an AI model returns a verdict on whether the product is worth dropshipping. Output is informational; it is not financial, business, or legal advice.

Accounts

You must be 18 or older.
One account per person; don't share credentials.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@dropship-spy.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Free signup credit and credit packs

Credits are sold as one-time purchases in USD via Stripe. Current pricing is shown on /pricing.
New accounts receive 1 free research credit on signup. No card is required.
After the free credit is used, you must purchase a credit pack to continue researching. Credit packs are one-time charges — there is no recurring subscription.
Credits never expire. Any credits in your account stay there until you spend them.
We may change pricing or pack sizes at any time. Changes only apply to future purchases — credits already in your account are unaffected.
Some accounts created before 2026-05-11 may still hold legacy monthly subscriptions. Those subscriptions continue under their original terms until canceled, at which point the account moves to the credit model.

Refunds

Because each new account gets a free credit to evaluate the service before paying, we don't offer refunds on credit packs that have been partially or fully used. If you believe you were charged in error, or the service was unusable due to a fault on our side, email hello@dropship-spy.com within 14 days and we'll investigate. Statutory consumer-rights refunds (e.g. UK CCRs, EU consumer law) are unaffected.

Research credits

One credit pays for one new product research. Follow-up questions on the same research are unlimited and free. Credits never expire and never reset — your balance is the source of truth.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service to break the law (including IP infringement, regulated-product sales without licence, or sanctions violations).
Resell, scrape, or systematically extract Dropship Spy outputs.
Use the API or research engine for high-volume automated calls outside normal product use.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive our prompts/system prompts.
Submit content that is illegal, hateful, or designed to harm others.

We can suspend or terminate your account for violations.

Intellectual property

The Dropship Spy interface, brand, and prompt engineering are ours.
Your queries and the AI's responses to those queries belong to you. We have a licence to store and process them to provide the service.
Third-party data (TikTok, AliExpress, Google, etc.) belongs to those providers and is used per their terms; you should not republish raw API responses.

AI output disclaimer

The verdict ("worth testing", "caution", "skip") is generated by Claude, an LLM, against live third-party data. It can be wrong. You are responsible for your own business decisions. We don't guarantee accuracy, profitability, or fitness for any purpose.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, lost-profit, or lost-data damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination

You can close your account any time by emailing hello@dropship-spy.com or cancelling from the billing portal. We can suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or non-payment on at least 7 days' notice (or immediately for serious breaches).

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer law gives you a different forum.
